By booking your spot on the Meet the World Writers Cruise, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your cabin.Â
- The total price of the cruise is $2299 for the Standard package and $2599 for the VIP package. There is also a cruise-only package for $1800 for cruisers not interested in writing. The full payment must be completed by May 31, 2025. All prices based on double occupancy.
- The $200 discount is available to the first 15 customers to register. After these spots are filled, the full price will apply.
- Afterpay or Klarna options are available for cruisers who want to pay in full.
- Please contact us if you desire a single occupancy room.

Refund Policy:
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made before February 28, 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.
- Cancellations made after February 28, 2025 are non-refundable.
- Refunds for the VIP package follow the same cancellation policy.

Cabin and VIP Availability:
- Cabin availability is limited to 30 spots, and VIP packages are limited to 10 spots.
- Cabin or VIP upgrades are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is completed.

Changes and Modifications:
- The organizers of the Meet the World Writers Cruise reserve the right to modify the itinerary, guest author appearances, or workshop schedules if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
- In the event of changes due to weather, natural disasters, or travel restrictions, the cruise may be rescheduled, and any paid balances may be applied toward a future event.

Travel and Health Requirements:
- Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the departure port in Miami, Florida.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended. The Meet the World Writers Cruise organizers are not liable for any travel delays, cancellations, or health issues that may arise before or during the cruise.
- All guests must comply with any health and safety protocols set by the cruise line or port authorities, including vaccinations or testing if applicable.

Personal Responsibility:
- Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety while on the cruise. The Meet the World Writers Cruise organizers, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- By attending the cruise, you acknowledge that you are participating in an event at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur.

Intellectual Property and Privacy:
- During the cruise, photos and videos may be taken by the organizers for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in any promotional materials related to the Meet the World Writers Cruise.
- Any intellectual property shared in workshops or consultations remains the property of the respective authors.
