I love helping writers. That’s the core of everything I do. I am a champion of all things literary, having written six novels and contributed to 15 anthologies, including the groundbreaking The Color of Strength: Embracing the Passion of Our Culture, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.’s Keeping It Finer: What it Means to be a Finer Woman in the 20th Century.

Additionally, I co-founded the New Movement Book Club and the Divine Literary Tour. In 2017, I founded the Black History Month Literary Weekend to promote authors while celebrating literacy and our history, and in 2020, I launched the Meet the World Foundation, which provides books and financial assistance for low-income students across the United States.
